Yeppers, I switched the 70 Jet I had to a 65 and the 65 is faster. Oh the glory of tuning! Why is that though? Was I just giving to much gas and flooding the spark plug? I know that I've never 4 stroked. Anyone have a solution to this?

The size of the jet has no correlation to speed. You could put a 100 jet, and you wouldnt even move.
